3 Basic Levels of RealityCheck Training (individuals and couples)
- RC Focus: mimum 10 week program of individual hourly sessions; phone and/or in person.
- RC Core Mastery Transformation Intensive: mimimum 6 month program includes Core Mastery Training: Levels I–III plus hourly sessions.
- RC Core Mastery Adept Intensive: (with Spa Option): minimum 12 month program; includes includes Core Mastery Training: Levels I–III plus weekly hourly sessions plus 12 all day sessions (6 hours each). (Spa Option: one-on-one sessions at spa resort facility. Choose from moderate to deluxe resort facility.)

tools and technology that are unsurpassed in effectiveness.
