Jitendra Darling
Founder and Executive Director
Jitendra Darling, founder of the Institute for
Dynamic Intelligence and Core Mastery™ trainings, has spent over 3 decades exploring and mastering embodied transformation, quietly becoming one the foremost pioneers
and an emerging authority in the new paradigm of integrated human development. Jitendra is a shaman, teacher and channel for embodied awakening and enlightenment.
He began college studying biology and psychology though was unable to bridge the gap between his thirst for inner understanding with what he felt were "rote dissertations of unintegrated thought". However, following a powerful divine awakening experience at the age of 18, he began practicing meditation
and devoured a library of metaphysical cosmology. After 4 years of meditation and study on his own, he became a student of Indian meditation master Swami Muktananda and resided
in his ashram for a number of years, deepening his inner practice. Muktananda gave him his spiritual
name, Jitendra, meaning "one who has mastered the
senses." 12 years after leaving the ashram, he embarked on a solitary shamanic journey to further explore the depths of connection between the psyche and body, with their reiterating patterns of emotionally reactive dynamics. Though he never returned to formal schooling, his thirst for understanding and true knowledge of the connection between mind, matter and spirit grew only stronger as he forged his own pathway through direct experience.
Jitendra studied Chi Gong, Aikido, Tai Chi, Reiki and became a
highly skilled intuitive body worker. He is also
a certified hypnotherapist and depth astrologer. All of these explorations have been tempered with his personal shamanic vision and continued fascination with the extraordinary relevance between quantum physics, chaos theory and spiritual and psychological development. In 1996 he began a collaboration with
Kathryn Masters, which led to his co-founding of the Motherwave
Institute. As director and head trainer for the Institute, he guided
the
evolution of the work out of the dramatic catharsis that characterized most personal development modalities from the 1970's through the turn of this century, and into a realm of
highly skillful and elegant means to map and penetrate deeply into core
patterns, while gracefully making powerful and lasting shifts. He has completely devoted
the past 15 years to unraveling the underlying complex of dynamics that keep so many well-intentioned souls from making the inner and outer progress they so truly desire.

Jitendra has mentored and taught over one
thousand individuals on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. This has given him an extraordinary depth of understanding and compassion
for the enormous range of human dynamics and knowing how to, most easily
and effectively, facilitate and train a person to manage their own life journey. At certain times in our lives, we all need a teacher,
counselor or guide. Jitendra believes it is vital that the teacher impart to that individual, the understanding and skills required to gain
self-mastery, in order that she or he may effectively manage their own
transformation.
Jitendra has developed
an extraordinary model of how the mind, body and heart
actually interface to both perpetuate and evolve a person’s core life
patterning. He calls this field of interaction the Instinctual Survival
Zone™. More importantly, he has developed a radical, yet highly
practical and elegant means for actually altering these deeply rooted
patterns.

In 2004 Jitendra
formed the Institute for Dynamic Intelligence and Core Mastery™ trainings and seminars in order to bring the evolving vision of his exploration and realizations into reality.

SHELLEY DARLING
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Shelley Darling is the managing director and co-founder of Core Mastery™ and Dive into Liquid Yoga™. Dive into Liquid Yoga™ is a fusion of free-form movement and
heart-centered attention that integrates body, mind and emotions,
joyfully and effortlessly.
For over 25 years she has combined her devotion to love and truth into mastering the art of embodied transformation. Shelley has been instrumental in bringing forth the vision of the Institue for Dynamic Intelligence along side her husband, Jitendra, with her unique and special gifts of wisdom and insight.
Shelley brings a depth of love, compassion and skillful knowledge to her private RealityCheck™ practice working with singles, couples and teenagers and to her facilitation in Core Mastery™ trainings and seminars. Shelley developed her enormous capacity to be present with others' needs being a mother of 4 of her own children, as well as having cared for 12 foster children.

Shelley continually provides a safe space
in which one can easily and skillfully meet any fear, and with loving
attention, transmute that fear into aliveness, compassion and power.
With her depth of personal facilitation she is able to teach others
“How to” master and effectively apply the skills necessary to re-code
old imprinting that causes limitation, fear and stress.Shelley masterfully teaches others “How to” become the full expression of their own love and truth.
Jitendra and Shelley work together as a husband and wife team modeling passion, purpose, ease and grace. They are adept at
guiding and mentoring others in how to create fully met, loving relationships,
happier family relations, and fulfilling careers.
The Darling's committment is to restoring the power of concious choice, in Love, to all who desire it. This is their contribution to peace in the home and workplace, in our cities and to peace on this earth. Love is power, not weakness. It is always the highest choice. It is present in us, as us, always.
The game is to KNOW in your body, not just your mind, that you are safe in your love, being who you are, cherished for expressing your unique and precious genius. You matter!
